Welcome to Thereads from the Crypt, I am the I am the owner, and creative team behind all the products offered. My name is Katie and I am mom of 2,  living on the East Coast of Canada. Using my spare time to pursue my passion for creating designs that I hope people will love.

What Inspires my Designs?

I spent my child hood dreaming of someday designing clothes. My mom often said taking me shopping was a nightmare, as I always had a clear vision of exactly what I wanted, but we could never find it, and I would end up settling for items that would work even though they were not what I imagined. I spent my spare time drawing on any blank piece of paper I could find, and listening to music. My previous hobbies include a background playing Roller Derby, and spending years in the local punk scene as a Goth kid have heavily influenced my design aesthetic. My  love for bold prints, classic monsters, and having fun with style which I hope shines through in every item I create.

Quality Checked with Care

Before adding any item to the site, I ensure that each product meets my high standards of quality. While the items are produced and shipped by a third party, I personally check each one to guarantee that they are durable and will stand the test of time. I want every piece to be something you cherish for years to come.

What's Coming Next?

Currently, I am eagerly awaiting samples of a few new items. If the quality meets my expectations, I plan to add them to the site for all my customers to enjoy. I am dedicated to providing unique and high-quality products.
